HeyTop AI does not use your private uploaded documents to train public AI models.

Certain document-processing features may temporarily retain uploaded files in order to complete processing, allow follow-up questions, maintain the relevant session, provide downloads, prevent abuse, or support system reliability.

Where a specific product page states a particular retention period, that period applies to the relevant feature. For example, certain ChatPDF files may be automatically removed from our active systems within approximately 24 hours.

Where available, you may also be able to delete uploaded files through the relevant account or product interface.

Limited temporary technical copies may remain for a short period where reasonably necessary for caching, system security, fraud prevention, backups, legal compliance, or technical recovery.

2.4 Images, Videos, Audio, and Other Creative Content

When you use HeyTop AI creative tools, you may provide:

HeyTop AI does not use your private uploaded media files to train public AI models unless we separately disclose such processing and obtain any consent required by applicable law.

Certain AI features may process visual or audio characteristics such as:

• body appearance;
